How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies Quick And Easy Read more: How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies Quick And Easy

This has to be one of the easiest recipes I have come across yet as far as effort versus payoff in my book. I love sweets and cookies and pies and on and on, so this is definitely one of my favorites. Kids will enjoy making these with you also the so simple they can do most of it on their own. we use cooking and measuring and such as teaching devices in our home maybe you can use them the same way. we enjoy the time spent as a family making them and making them disappear.

Things You'll Need:

  • oven
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cookie sheet
  • small mixing bowl
  • large mixing bowl

  • 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  • 2
In the large bowl mix the flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

  • 3
In the small bowl mix the oil, egg and vanilla extract, mix this very well.

  • 4
When you have the liquids all blended then add them to the dry bowl and mix thoroughly. Once you have this mixed it is time to add the oats and chocolate chips. Mix all this together thoroughly.

  • 5
Lightly grease or spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray and drop the cookies by spoon onto the cookie sheet.

  • 6
Bake for Ten to Fifteen minutes or until lightly browning at the edges. The cookie will appear to have "flashed over" dry when it has completed cooking, just watch for your individual ovens performance.
