Family & Implant Dentistry
19 Walnut Avenue
Summerville, GA 30747
Upon arrival my wife signed in and the receptionist checked to see if all her information was the same from the last visit. Within just few moment she was called back to the back for her procedure. Roughly ten minutes after she had left the dentists tech came out and asked for me. The tech gave me a thorough explanation of all the after care that would be needed after the surgery, once the information had been given to me I was asked to sign the same sheet for them to copy and keep on file. I didn't see her again until after the procedure was done, but it was done and she was walking out in about 45 minutes. She was in much better condition than I had imagined she would be in at this point. The last time we did this she was in a lot of pain and just very disturbed with the whole situation. I can assume that it went a little better this tie simply because she didn't have the infection or swelling she had on the previous trip.
While waiting I took notice of the office and the people that work there in. The office is a small building located just inside a semi-residential area of Summerville. The little office was comfortable and clean, although it was small. I say the waiting area is small but I have been here twice now and haven't seen it crowded.
The staff was very nice and very professional. I did notice unlike most of the other health care facilities we have dealt with since the beginning of this journey the staff didn't introduce themselves upon meeting us. I can't say that I know any ones name here except the dentist himself, and I never actually met him. By my wife's account he is reportedly "The best I ever been to." Overall I would say that R.R Miller, D.D.S. and his team at Family & Implant Dentistry are one of the finest teams available in the area and beyond. We have already and will continue to recommend the services of this practice.
