
Detectives with the Cartersville Police Department closed a nearly four month investigation with the arrest of a local man on Tuesday afternoon who currently serves as pastor of a Bartow County church.
Police say Sebastian Holley, age 41 of Cartersville, was taken into custody for allegedly inappropriately touching his 13-year-old stepdaughter. Holley is charged with one count of Child Molestation. The sexual abuse was first reported by the teen to a school faculty member in December of last year. DFACS and Cartersville police then became involved.
