Richard Allen Moss, 63, of Calhoun was arrested Friday morning June 7, 2013, after deputies witnessed him stealing tools out of a personal vehicle in the jail parking lot, according to the Gordon County Sheriff's office.
Moss reportedly was at the jail to claim personal items from his release from the jail on Wednesday, June 5, regarding theft charges.
