Police said Corey Adam Jacobs, 31, of 2252 Callier Springs Road, violated a no-contact conditional bond when he posed to Georgia Power as the landlord of a Park Avenue address and had the victim’s power disconnected on Nov. 25. The victim said Jacobs has no claim to the property.
Later that evening, the Floyd County Department Family and Children’s Services also visited the victim at the residence on “an anonymous tip.”
