The Salvation Army has cancelled its Red Kettle Kickoff scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Kroger due to inclement weather.A bell ringer will still be at Kroger on Tuesday and Wednesday to start the holiday season, according to information from Capt. Douglas McClure.
